Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing the submissions of the parties and perusal of the writ petition I find that the dispute involved in this writ petition arises is purely civil in nature and to that effect petitioners have already approached the civil court by filing a suit and the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) has passed several orders including injunction and for submission of report by the police.

Considering these facts, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. In view of the fact as appeared from record, writ proceedings is not the appropriate remedy against the grievance alleged by the petitioners. .

Accordingly, WPA 5236 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioners from availing any remedy available to them under the law.
