In connection with the said dispute case, the petitioners filed an application for inspection of certain documents.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that the said petition has not yet been disposed of by the learned arbitrator.

In my view, it within the competence of the arbitrator to issue direction for production of the

documents before him in terms of Rule 170(10) of the West Bengal Cooperative Society Rules, 2011.

There is no necessity to keep this writ petition pending.

The writ petition is disposed of giving a direction upon the respondent no. 6 to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners as appearing at page 53 of the petition in the light of Rule 170(10) of the West Bengal Cooperative Society Rules, 2011 within a period of one month from date.

Mr. Kamal Krishna Pathak, Advocate and Mr. Krishna Pada Pal, Advocate seek to intervene in this matter on behalf of defendant no. 3, 4 and the plaintiff respectively, in the relevant Dispute case.

In my view, they are necessary to be added as parties in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petitioner shall add them as parties in the writ petition and a copy of the writ petition be served upon them.

Accordingly, WPA 4581 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
