1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 108 days. Investigation is complete. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had demanded money from the victim. When he refused, petitioner assaulted him causing serious injuries. In view of the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
