The petitioners' case is that by one representation dated 28th September, 2020 which is Annexure P-11 of the writ application, they prayed for issuance of a fresh memo of renewal of the permit as the earlier memo issued to them had lapsed due to unavoidable circumstance (which the petitioners submit due to Covid situation) and this has been elaborated in the representation being Anexure P-11.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the representation of the petitioners being Annexure P11 of the writ application be considered. The Regional Transport Authority, Howrah is

directed to consider the same within a period of three months from date and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
