Maiti Ms. Manasi Mukherjee Mr. Bijitesh Mukherjee ... for the Customs authority This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by the export consignment dated January 23, 2021 being held up by the Customs authority due to nonissuance of the Let Export Order (in short, 'LEO'). Inspite of letters written by the petitioners on January 27, 2021 and February 4, 2021, no reply has been received by the petitioners nor has the LEO been issued. In light of the above, without going into the merits I direct the Officer concerned to decide on the issue of LEO immediately after compliance of all formalities within a period of seven days from date.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
