This instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 21st April, 2014 passed by the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits before this Court that the money suit being no.60 of 2012 pending before the learned Trial Court has already been dismissed and as such, this revisional application becomes infructuous.

Photostat copy of the order sheets passed in connection with the money suit no.60 of 2012 filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application becomes infructuous due to dismissal of the money suit no.60 of 2012.

So, revisional application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India being CO 282 of 2015 is hereby dismissed as non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, passed in connection with this case stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
