This is an application for bail in connection with Bidhannagar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.76 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020 under Sections 419/420/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20/21 of the I. T. Act at the behest of the petitioner.

The learned Advocate of the petitioner on instruction submits that his client does not intend to press this application. The written instruction filed in Court today be kept on record.
