The present contempt arises out of an order passed by this court on 9th March, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners, however, does not want to press the contempt application on the ground that the writ petition is required to be heard on expeditious basis. CPAN 245 of 2023 and CAN 1 of 2023 are accordingly disposed of in terms of the above. Let the writ petition being W.P.A.1050 of 2023 be listed on 17th April, 2023, as prayed for.
