This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No. 34 of 2022 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 19th February, 2025 was fixed for evidence of the defendant's witness no.1. In view thereof, C.O. 702 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 34 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
