For the LICI It is submitted on behalf of the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 that the Group Insurance amount payable to the petitioner's husband has been paid to the petitioner. A cheque bearing no.620350 dated 11th November, 2021 for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has been deposited in the Account No.10574044597 standing in the name of the petitioner in State Bank of India. A photocopy of the letter stating about the deposit is made over to Court, which is taken on record.

On payment of such sum, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition, the writ petition is, as such, disposed of without any order as to costs. Disposal of the writ petition will not prevent the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 from claiming any amount towards reimbursement from respondent no.5 in

accordance with law.

Since the matter is not required to be heard any further on affidavits, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
