1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the amount charged by the Bank despite clearing of the entire loan amount prior to the scheduled date.

2. The loan agreement dated 23rd September, 2010 of the Bank signed by the petitioner has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.

3. According to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank, the calculation has been made as per the RBI guidelines and the conditions mentioned in the loan agreement.

4. In the event the petitioner has any further queries or grievances, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the Bank by filing written representation.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
