The petitioner/accused is the brother-in-law of the survivor who was 13 years old at the time of the incident which occurred on November 9, 2020.

We have gone through the case-diary including the statement of the survivor recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. We have also seen the medical report.

Having considered the material on record and the nature and gravity of the charge, we are not inclined to grant bail at this stage. CRM 2002 of 2021 is disposed of.
