We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is involved in trafficking narcotics across international border. It is alleged he ran away from the spot. During investigation he absconded and could not be interrogated. In view of the nature of the crime we are of the opinion petitioner's custodial interrogation would yield further evidence and may lead to further recovery of narcotics. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
