For the Petitioner The petitioner has assailed the order dated 3rd April, 2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, Krishnagar, Nadia in Sessions Case no. 341 (11) of 2018 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against her. The petitioner was on bail and failed to appear before the learned trial Court on the relevant date for which warrant of arrest was issued against her. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court within 10 days from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within 10 days from date and files an application for bail, learned trial Court shall deal with the application in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court. Warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 3rd April, 2024 be stayed till 18th March, 2025.

CRR 926 of 2025 is disposed of.
