Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 549 days. The police filed charge-sheet. There is no material against the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order of rejection dated February 22, 2021 passed in CRM 360 of 2021. He submits that similar point was raised in the earlier application. Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the fact that the similar point of non-availability of materials was considered by the Coordinate Bench while rejecting the prayer for bail on February 22, 2021 passed in CRM 360 of 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
