Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 21.12.2024 was never considered by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner Murarai PS Case no. 100/2025 dated 04.03.2025 has been registered for investigation. In view of the police case being registered, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 4640 of 2025 is disposed of. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
