Opposite party no.2 is an old lady. It is alleged that she had dishonestly conveyed land to co-accused. Case revolves around documents and allegations of fraudulent transfer is a matter of trial.

In view of fact that she is an old lady we are of the opinion there is little possibility of her abscondence and/or tampering with evidence. Hence, we find no reason to interfere with the order granting bail.

The application stands disposed of.
