Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are members of a group of extortionists who had demanded money from the de-facto complainant's husband. On refusal he was physically assaulted. In view of the daring nature of act committed by the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
