The grievance of the petitioners in this matter is that suddenly the respondent nos. 2 to 6 stopped supply the superior kerosene oil from 11th February, 2021. For this reason, they have been compelled to move this writ application and the writ application has

been taken for hearing.

Mr. Surajit Nath Mitra, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 submits that the supply has already been resumed from 22nd February, 2021.

In this view of the matter, I think there is no necessity to proceed with this writ application and the writ application is disposed of.
