We have considered the materials on record. Allegations involve setting fire in the barn of the de-facto complainant resulting in loss of live stock. No human being was injured. Further custody for progress of investigation is not necessary. No adverse report against the petitioner who is on interim bail is placed on record.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioner subject to the conditions in our earlier order dated 27.02.2024. (Gaurang Kanth,J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
