None appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. It appears from the record that on previous several occasions, none appeared in this Court for any of the parties, when the matter was called on. Hence, without wasting any further time the matter is taken up for disposal on merit. This is an application filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the proceedings in connection with Bishnupur Police Case No.584 dated November 22, 2010 under Sections 420/376/120B/323/506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24-Parganas in BGR No.6383 of 2010. Charge-sheet has been submitted by the police in this case on May 12, 2011. The allegation against the petitioners has been made of causing sexual assault upon the victim and also fleeing away by conspiring with other accused persons. The FIR was started by dint of order of the Magistrate in an

application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Be that as it may, considering the materials available on record including the certified copy of the order-sheets in the impugned proceeding, I am of the opinion that no cogent and sufficient material could be brought in by the petitioners in order to warrant any interference of this Court under the above stated provision of law in the impugned proceedings and/or order of the Trial Court. Hence, in my considered opinion, the present revisional application merits no success. It is ordered that the revisional application being C.R.R. 275 of 2014 be dismissed. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
