The revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of Money Execution Case No.10 of 2018 arising out of Money Suit No.69 of 2008 along with the pending application within a period of four months from the next date fixed, strictly in accordance with law.

As the judgment-debtor is not appearing, the learned court may deem it fit to direct the petitioner/decree-holder to put an insertion in the newspaper immediately with regard to the prayers in the application under Order XXI Rule 64 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Thereafter, the learned court shall fix the dates accordingly.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned executing court by filing put up petition in compliance of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
