Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an employee in an organization and is finding it difficulty to attend to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation. The petitioner is located in Mumbai.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigations are still in progress. The other co-accused is not cooperating with the investigation.
The petitioner apparently is located in Mumbai. The police case is of 2018.
In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to modify the condition requiring the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of
the investigation to once in a month till the conclusion of the investigation.
All other conditions of the order dated March 22, 2022 will remain the same.
CRAN 1 of 2022 is, disposed of accordingly.
