Petitioners renew the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the evidence of the prosecution was concluded. The case is fixed for the purpose of recording the statement under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code on April 11, 2022.

State is represented.

In the facts of the present case, it would be appropriate to direct the trial court to record the statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code on April 11, 2022. Considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in the circumstances subsequent to the last order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 706 of 2022 is dismissed.
