Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-onrecord for the petitioners to correct the name of the petitioner no.3 in the cause title of the writ petition. Affidavit of service and acknowledgement for payment of deficit Court fees filed on behalf of the petitioners be kept with the record.

The petitioners had participated in the TET, 2014, their grievance is that the certificates of the said test have not yet been issued to them.

Mr. Chowdhury, learned Advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that subject to availability of the particulars of the candidates the Board is in active consideration for issuance of such certificates to the said candidates. The petitioners are directed to supply their particulars to Mr. Chowdhury immediately and the Board is directed to take steps for issuance of such

certificates to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 4617 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
