Learned Additional Solicitor General of India produces the speaking order dated 12th March, 2025 passed by the Divisional Railway Manager, Eastern Railway, Howrah clearly mentioning that a personal hearing was given to the petitioners and they failed to show any supporting document(s) in their favour permitting them to run business from the railway station or the precinct of the railway station. 3.

The authority directed the petitioners to vacate the railway premises within 48 hours after 21st March, 2025. The said period is long over.

It will be open for the railways to proceed with the eviction drive.

The speaking order dated 12th March, 2025 is taken on record.
