Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 77 years of age. She was residing at her village place. There is no allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. De facto complainant is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code which implicates the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1216 of 2022, is rejected.
