In re : CAN 2 of 2025

1. This application has been taken out in a disposed of second appeal being SAT 34 of 2025.

2. By a judgment and order dated September 2, 2025, a Coordinate Bench dismissed the second appeal and the connected application.

However, the Bench granted time to the appellant/defendant to vacate the concerned premises by December 31, 2025.

3. In this application, the appellant seeks extension of time to vacate the premises in question.

4. We see no good reason to allow more time. According to us, sufficient time was granted by the Coordinate Bench. The appellant has lost before the Trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court.

5. The application being CAN 2 of 2025 stands dismissed.

6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
