In the matter of : An application under Sections 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 11.11.2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri in M. R. Case No. 137 of 2009.
Record reflects that the learned Magistrate after assessment of the evidence was pleased to award a sum of Rs.3000/- as maintenance to be paid to the opposite party. The reasons which were assigned by the learned Magistrate is based on cogent materials and on the basis of the deposition of the witnesses referred to above. Accordingly, no interference is called for. Thus, the present revisional application being CRR 290 of 2013 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
