In the first paragraph of this application for anticipatory bail, the petitioner has stated that this is the first time that he is moving this Court for anticipatory bail. Learned advocate for the State has demonstrated by referring to the order dated July 05, 2019 passed in CRM 5769 of 2019 whereby this Court had rejected the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail that the petitioner has made a blatantly false statement in the present petition. The petitioner has tried to hoodwink this Court. In view of the dishonest conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined even to consider the present application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2005 of 2021 is dismissed.
