Megha ... for the Defacto- complainant The petitioners are on bail and are aggrieved by the conditions imposed as the same are creating impediment in their day to day lives. The petitioners were granted bail on 10.03.2025.

Having regard to the period of detention (for three years and two months) already suffered, the conditions so imposed are modified to the extent that the petitioners will stay within the jurisdiction of the local police station being Chanchal Police Station and will not tamper with the evidence. The petitioners shall also meet with the O.C./I/C of Chanchal Police Station once a week for a period of six months from the first day so attended before the concerned police station. The concerned police station would submit a

report before the learned trial court regarding the attendance of the present petitioners.

In case, there is violation of any of the conditions, the learned trial court would be at liberty to cancel the bail without further reference to this court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is Disposed of.
