1. Petitioner submits that opposite party nos. 2 to 12 are powerful. They are threatening witnesses.

2. We note bail has been granted by the sessions court. Allegation of misuse of liberty may be agitated before the court who had granted bail.

3. In the event petitioner approaches the sessions court seeking cancellation of bail the said court shall dispose of the application as promptly as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. With this observation, application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
