The allegation is under Sections 341/324/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the sister of the defacto complainant and the petitioner had an altercation. Then the mother of the defacto complainant came to the place of occurrence and the petitioner attacked here with 'hasua'. We have seen the material in the case diary including the injury report. The injury is not serious. It appears that the incident was an outfall of disputes between the two neighbours.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the material on record, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary at this stage.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure until further orders. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2008 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.
