Petitioner has preferred an application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with Khardah P. S. Case No. 753 of 2019 dated 01-10-2019 which is pending before the learned A. C. J. M, Barrackpore. Learned ACJM, Barrackpore would take steps so that the said application under Section 173(8)of the Code of Criminal Procedure is disposed of within a period of sixty days, preferably after service of notice upon the respective parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 752 of 2024 is disposed of.
