By order of this court, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education considered the answer script of the petitioner as one of Bengali medium and evaluated the script manually and declared the petitioner as a successful candidate in TET 2014. Consequently he was allowed to fill up the form for the ensuing recruitment test which he has done and now there is no other grievance which is required to be adjudicated. Though the petitioner has submitted that as he has been declared as a qualified candidate in TET 2014, he should be considered as a candidate in 2016 recruitment process as there was an order passed by this court on 11.01.2018 in WP 8420(W) of 2017 where

this court directed the Secretary of the Board to consider the case of the petitioner by six weeks from the date of communication of that order. The Board gave the petitioner one notice of hearing on 08.02.2018. It is found that no order was passed after 08.02.2018. However, the petitioner made delay in filing the present writ application which has been affirmed on 19.02.2021.

In such facts and circumstances, I cannot grant the petitioner the benefit of considering him a candidate against 2016 recruitment process.

The matter is thus disposed of.
