2. The petitioner challenges the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, dated 7th February, 2025. The Act provides remedy to the petitioner under Section 13(3A).

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the notice under Section 13(2), it will be open for the petitioner to avail all the remedies, available under the law.

4. No relief can be granted to petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
