1. Petitioners are in custody or more than two years. It is submitted there is slow progress in trial. They pray for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the Sate opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioners with the murder. Trial is in progress. Petitioners had prayed for deferment of cross examination which has delayed the trial.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
