Learned lawyer for the State seeks time to submit report with regard to allegation of violation of conditions imposed on the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Investigation is over. We are of the opinion that the investigating agency is not serious with regard to the allegation of violation of conditions and no report has been filed as yet. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the existing conditions as passed earlier.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties

of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and other existing conditions as passed earlier.
