Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners assaulted the de-facto complainant and her husband causing sharp cutting injuries on the head.

In light of the nature of injury on a vital part of the body, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
