Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the concerned officer of Sainthia Police Station. The said report dated 22.09.2021 be kept with the record.

The report reflects that all the accused persons have been acquitted of the charges in connection with Sainthia Police Station Case No. 187 of 2009 dated 10.11.2009. In view of the report so submitted, this revisional application has become infructuous.

The revisional application being CRR 610 of 2011 is, thus, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
