The petitioner says that the incident is an outcome of disputes between the neighbours. The petitioner has filed complaint against the complainant in this case. There are allegations and counter allegations. There are FIR and counter FIR.

The petitioner says that the Charge-sheet has also been filed.

We have seen the material in the case diary including the injury report. The injury does not appear to be very serious or life threatening.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the material on record, we are of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary at this stage.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure until further orders. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2012 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.
