In the matter of: Uma Raha (Kar) ... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred in respect of M.R. Case No. 66 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad under the relevant provision of PWDV Act, 2005.

The prayer advanced in the application is for expeditious disposal of the case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate. The revisional application appeared on 1st April, 2015, when none represented the petitioner. There has been no persuasion on behalf of the petitioner and no information has been furnished.

However, as the proceeding pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate is in respect of the social legislation, I direct that in case the proceeding is still pending, the learned Magistrate would take some steps for logical conclusion within a period of 6 months from date.

With the above observation, CRR 276 of 2015 is disposed of, pending application if any is consequently disposed of.
