Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police M/L. No.114 Rakib authorities as in spite of information being submitted on or about 26.12.2023 no steps were taken.

Having considered that more than one and half years have passed since such representation was made with the Inspector-in-Charge, Dholahat Police Station, I direct that if the petitioner is faced with similar inconveniences they would submit a fresh representation, police authorities would conduct an enquiry and thereafter inform the outcome of such enquiry within a period of 15 days from date of conclusion of such enquiry. With the aforesaid observations WPA 4787 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
