2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on earlier occasion.

3. No affidavit-in-opposition and no affidavit-in-reply have been filed by the parties as yet.

4. This case is pending since 2006, almost 19 years have passed.

5. This writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction upon the respondent nos.2, 3 & 7 to allow the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of Panchayat Karmee (Group-D) under the Berhampore Panchayat Samity, P.O. & P.S.

Berhampore, District - Murshidabad, Schedule to be held on 27.02.2006.

6. Considering the nature of the prayer and long pendency of this case, it seems that the writ petition has become infructuous.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 3917 of 2006 is disposed of with the above observations.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities

10. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
