The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner is the plaintiff of the Title Suit No. 357 of 2013 pending before the 2nd Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barackpore, District 24 Parganas (North).

The petitioner by the present application is praying a direction upon the learned Trial Judge expeditious disposal of the said suit.

Mr. Munshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in terms of the direction passed on February 24, 2021 files the certified copy of the order dated February 18, 2021 passed in the said suit, which is taken on record.

It appears from the said order that the suit has already been reached to the stage of argument.

That being the position, the learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 398 of 2021 is disposed of without any order for costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
