It is evident from the order dated February 18, 2021 that the petitioner has chosen to abstain on several previous occasions when the matter was called on for hearing.

As such, as a last chance, the matter was fixed today.

Even today, when the matter is called on, none appears for the petitioner although the State respondents as well as the private respondent are represented through counsel.

Hence, there is no option left but to dismiss the matter for default.

Accordingly, WPA 2085 of 2016 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
