Affidavit of service filed in Court be kept with the record.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 25th August, 2020 (Annexure P-16) before the Public Grievance Office. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that all that the petitioner seeks is for an expeditious consideration of his representation by the Grievance Redressal Officer.

Mr. Kar, Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation submits that he has no objection if the Grievance Redressal Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25th August, 2020 in accordance with law as expeditiously

as possible and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties.

In view of the fair submissions made on behalf the parties, I direct the Grievance Redressal Officer to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25th August, 2020 in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order within a period of 8 weeks from date from the date of receipt of this order.

Needless to mention that the concerned Officer shall not be influenced by any observation made in this order on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 5297 of 2021 stands disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
