1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties. We have considered the materials on record.

2. The bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Trial is in progress. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
