Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Large volume of illegal arms and ammunitions were recovered from co-accused. Petitioner's name transpired during investigation. He absconded for three years and avoided custodial interrogation. Custodial interrogation would have revealed further evidence including recovery of illicit arms. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
