The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she was Headmistress of a school and retired from service on 30th April,2016. In the course of his employment by one Memorandum issued by the concerned District Inspector of Schools, Purba Medinipur dated 13th July, 2015, she was intimated that an amount of Rs. 1,12,439=00/- is to be paid to her but the amount has not been actually paid since 2015. Hence this application.

I direct the Treasury Officer, Tamluk Treasury being the respondent no. 4 to take immediate steps for payment of the said amount of money as is found in the annexure P-1 at page 15 of the writ application within a period of one month from the date of service of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this writ application along with a copy of this order upon the State

respondent no. 4 in course of this week.

With this direction the writ application is disposed of.
